The AMC 10: What Parents Need to Know

- Format
- 25 multiple-choice questions, 75 minutes, no calculator
- Scoring
- 6 points per correct answer, 1.5 per blank, 0 per wrong · 150 maximum
- AIME qualification
- 100 or more, plus MAA's other eligibility requirements
What 100 means in questions
15 correct with 10 left blank scores 105. 14 correct with 11 blank scores 100.5. Both qualify. Wrong answers earn 0, so blanks matter.
