These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Volatrium LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of score150.com (the "Website"), and you ("User," "you," or "your"), governing your access to and use of the Website, including any purchases of AMC 12 mock examination materials, solutions, digital content, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing access to, creating an account on, or accessing any part of the Website, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services.
1.Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
The Website and Volatrium LLC are independent entities. Volatrium LLC and score150.com are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), the American Mathematics Competitions (AMC), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All official contest names, trademarks, and registered trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to AMC 12 tests is solely for educational identification and prep purposes.
2.Digital Access, License Grant, and Termination
2.1Term of Access
Subject to full payment and strict compliance with these Terms, Volatrium LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal license to access purchased AMC 12 mock test materials for one (1) calendar year (365 days) from the exact date and time of purchase.
2.2Account Revocation and Suspension
Volatrium LLC reserves the absolute, unilateral right to suspend, disable, or permanently revoke your account and access to the Website or any purchased materials at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
Without Violation: If your account is terminated by Volatrium LLC without any violation of these Terms on your part, you will maintain access to your purchased materials for the remainder of your one-year term, or Volatrium LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rata refund.
With Violation: If Volatrium LLC determines or reasonably suspects that you have violated any provision of these Terms (including, but not limited to, intellectual property theft or unauthorized sharing), your access will be terminated immediately, your account permanently banned, and all fees paid shall be completely forfeited without entitlement to any refund.
3.Intellectual Property Rights and Strict Restrictions
All content published on score150.com—including problems, questions, step-by-step solutions, diagrams, text, formatting, software, code, layout, design, and graphics—is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Volatrium LLC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
3.1Prohibited Actions
You explicitly agree that you shall NOT, under any circumstances:
Copy, reproduce, duplicate, re-key, retype, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of any problem or solution from the Website.
Take photos, screenshots, screen recordings, prints, or digital captures of any content on the Website.
Post, share, upload, transmit, or distribute any problems, solutions, or platform content to any public or private online forum, message board, database, or community (including, but not limited to, Art of Problem Solving / AoPS, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, or scribd.com).
Sell, lease, license, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content purchased or accessed through the Website.
Share your account credentials, login information, or access links with any third party.
3.2Security and Monitoring
Volatrium LLC utilizes automated anti-piracy tracking, unique digital watermarking, and dynamic IP monitoring. Any unauthorized distribution traced back to your account credentials or unique user session will result in immediate legal action, permanent account termination, and statutory damages under copyright law.
4.Educational Content, Modifications, and Material Errors
4.1Nature of Materials and Right to Modify
You acknowledge and accept that the AMC 12 mock tests and solutions provided on score150.com are educational prep materials created for practice purposes. Volatrium LLC reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or remove any problem, question, solution, or diagram at its sole discretion to improve accuracy, formatting, or pedagogical value. Such updates will be automatically reflected in the tests and packs purchased by users, and you agree that you are not entitled to the preservation of any specific previous version of the content.
4.2Potential Errors
While Volatrium LLC strives to provide high-quality materials, solutions may occasionally contain errors, including but not limited to:
Computational errors or arithmetic mistakes;
Missing steps or incomplete logical skips;
Typographical or print errors ("silly mistakes");
Rendering glitches, formatting anomalies, or incorrect LaTeX display;
Minor diagram or labeling discrepancies.
You explicitly acknowledge that such minor errors or formatting glitches are inherent to complex mathematical content and agree that their presence does not constitute a breach of contract or failure of consideration, provided the solution remains substantively followable or understandable in overall context.
4.3No Score Guarantee
Volatrium LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding your performance on official MAA contests, your final AMC 12 score, or your qualification for the American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME).
5.Upgrade Policy and Tiered Pricing
5.1Targeted Problem Pack Upgrades
If you purchase a lower-tier Targeted Problem Pack (e.g., a "3 Tests" pack for the 1-10 range) and subsequently decide to purchase a higher-tier pack within the same category (e.g., the "6 Tests" or "9 Tests" pack for the 1-10 range), you will only be charged the difference between the current price of the higher-tier pack and the amount previously paid for the lower-tier pack.
Cross-Category Separation: This upgrade policy applies strictly within individual problem range categories (1-10, 11-20, and 21-25). Purchases in one category (e.g., the 1-10 packs) do not provide credits, discounts, or "pay the difference" eligibility toward purchases in a different category (e.g., the 21-25 packs).
6.Mandatory Complaint Procedure and Right to Cure
6.1Pre-Condition to Legal Remedies
If you believe that any question, solution, diagram, or elemental part of a test is missing, defective, or contains material inaccuracies, you expressly waive your right to file any lawsuit, arbitration proceeding, or formal legal claim without first fully completing the mandatory complaint procedure set forth herein.
6.2Complaint Submission
You must submit a formal written complaint directly through the contact mechanism provided on the Website. Your complaint must contain:
Your account username and order details;
The exact test, question number, and section involved;
A specific description of the error, omission, or missing content.
6.348-Hour Cure Window
Volatrium LLC shall have forty-eight (48) business hours from the verifiable time of receiving your submission to review the complaint, communicate a response, and send the necessary correction, missing element, or update to you via the Website or email.
6.4Technical Glitches and Delays
If Volatrium LLC's response or cure is delayed past forty-eight (48) hours due to third-party network outages, web host disruptions, server glitches, platform maintenance, or internet connectivity issues beyond our direct control, such delay shall be excused and shall not constitute a default or breach of these Terms. You may not initiate any legal proceedings, payment chargebacks, or claims resulting from technical delivery delays.
7.Security and Unintentional Data Breaches
Volatrium LLC employs industry-standard security measures (including encryption protocols) to protect the confidentiality of user accounts, email addresses, payment records, and personal information.
However, no digital platform or electronic storage system is 100% secure against modern cybersecurity threats. Volatrium LLC, its officers, managers, and agents shall not be held liable for any unintentional data breaches, third-party unauthorized access, hacking, password leaks, email exposures, or malicious attacks targeting the Website's databases. By using the platform, you acknowledge these inherent web security risks and agree to hold Volatrium LLC harmless for non-negligent, unintentional cybersecurity incidents.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Exclusion of Damages: Volatrium LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability Cap: In no event shall Volatrium LLC's total aggregate monetary liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Volatrium LLC for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event.
9.Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website, services, tests, and solutions are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Volatrium LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation.
10.Payment and Refund Policy
All sales of digital content and subscription access on score150.com are final and non-refundable upon access grant, except as explicitly stated in Section 2.2. All purchased packages remain unlocked for exactly one (1) calendar year (365 days) from the purchase date, after which access is locked. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback through your bank or payment provider for valid purchases constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent revocation of access and referral to collections or legal counsel.
11.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Volatrium LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your unauthorized distribution or duplication of materials from score150.com.
12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Volatrium LLC is registered, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the mandatory complaint process outlined in Section 6 shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, waiving any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
13.Severability and Complete Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Volatrium LLC regarding score150.com.
